Requirements for Purchase
MVA Enterprise will only sell to licensed health professionals who are trained in the use of MVAs. In the process of ordering, we require you to provide this information. This information will be reviewed by us before processing your order. MVA Enterprise reserves the right to refuse request for sale of MVA kits for any reason.

The purpose of this MVA Enterprise is to facilitate access to MVA kits for health professionals in developing countries. For this reason, we do NOT sell to any OECD countries, including the United States, Canada and Europe.

Payment
MVA Enterprise accepts payment through credit cards. We accept Visa and Mastercard through the online store. We also accept payment through wire transfer and Western Union. Please contact us at info@mvaenterprise.org.

Billing Address
The "BILL TO" address on the order form, must be the address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The "BILL TO" address you give to us must agree with the address that the bank which issued your credit card has on file.

Online Security
MVA Enterprise uses Yahoo secure online shopping services. Yahoo uses Verisign security check on your credit card and to verify the purchase. MVA Enterprise works to ensure that your purchase online is secure and your information will be kept confidential. MVA Enterprise reserves the right to refuse orders in which the address or credit card can not be verified.

Shipping Rates
MVA Enterprise uses the UPS to efficiently ship and track your MVA kits. The rates are calculated separately from the cost of the kits and are based on weight. They vary greatly between different countries. To keep the cost of shipping to a minimum per MVA kit, we are selling them in packs of 5 kits. Signatures are required upon delivery for all shipments.

Taxes
International orders are generally subject to local import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes in the country of destination. You may be responsible for paying customs duties and taxes levied by your country.

Returns
For details regarding returns please email us info@mvaenterprise.org with your order number and reason for the return.

Warranty
MVA Enterprise will replace any of our products which are found to be faulty by
reason of poor craftsmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover defects arising from accident, neglect or misuse.
